SYJ brings together personal trainers, Pilates instructors and yoga teachers in order to give you some much needed time on your mat to build strength in your body. Classes vary from Pilates, to HITT, to Core building Yoga.

    Danielle 30 Min mat strength- Time to fire up those glutes & abs. This is a short, accessible, strength building zippity do of a class.

  • SYJ Mat Strength w/ Bruce | 38 minutes

    Bruce brings you a strength-building Pilates Mat class. This challenging class will challenge your overall balance and fire up your entire body. It's kind of an all-around strength builder, for your core, your legs, hips, and glutes. With Bruce it's always kind of sweet with no hullabaloo.
