We recognize you don't always have the time to jump into a full-length class and we are here bring it to you in a quicker version so you can make the time to move and connect to yourself. Short but sweet and challenging.

    SYJ Focus Movement classes are strength-building mat classes targeting specific muscle groups to gain strength and/or increase flexibility. In this class, Bruce has put together a class that will challenge your core with a focus on helping you build strength in your rectus abdominals.
