SYJ Meditation

SYJ Meditation

Everyday life can be filled with tension and stress, at SYJ we meditate because we believe that your life is worthy of a deeper, more meaningful conversation. A conversation with your inner landscape and a sweeter connection to the essence of you and not the anxious debilitating thoughts and narratives that keep us from experiencing a life deeply seated in presence. We meditate so that we may know more about the gift of our own embodiment.
When we quiet our minds we find spaciousness and in that spaciousness, we learn to trust the wisdom that lies within. It’s kind of like unearthing a jewel that’s been hidden inside yourself.
