SYJ Meditation with Donna |15 minutes: Focused Breath & Great Vision
SYJ Meditation • 15m
Donna weaves together a 15-minute breath-focused meditation with a poem by William Stafford.
Why do this:
Everyday life can be filled with tension and stress, at SYJ we meditate because we believe that your life is worthy of a deeper and more meaningful conversation. A conversation with your inner landscape and a deeper connection to the essence of you and not the anxious debilitating thoughts and narratives that keep us from experiencing a life deeply seated in presence. We meditate so that we may know more about the gift of our own embodiment.
We meditate to quite our minds so that we find spaciousness and in that spaciousness we learn to trust the wisdom that lies within. It’s kind of like unearthing a jewel that’s been hidden inside yourself.
